How do I choose the right frame size for my art?
We recommend measuring your artwork precisely; our frame sizes refer to the internal dimensions. If you are adding a mat, ensure you select a frame size that accounts for the outer dimensions of the matting.
What materials are used in Frame World products?
We use premium materials including solid wood, high-quality extruded aluminum, and shatter-resistant acrylic glass to ensure your prints are protected and beautifully displayed.
How long does shipping take for custom frames?
Custom orders are typically handcrafted within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes an additional 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Frame World ships to the contiguous United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will provide a pre-paid return label and ship a replacement at no extra cost.
Are the frames ready to hang upon arrival?
Yes, all our frames come equipped with pre-installed hanging hardware for both vertical and horizontal orientations, along with a protective backing.
