At Frame World, we want your art to look perfect in your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all standard-sized frames and wall decor. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide easy returns and exchanges to ensure your walls stay beautiful.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack with Care
Place the frame in its original protective packaging, including the corner protectors and bubble wrap, to prevent glass breakage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the frame for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
